"No-Tuna" Salad

Serves: 4
- 2 15 oz cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 3-4 Tbsp Mayo (recipe here)
- 1/ 2 cup chopped pickles, packed
- ¼ cup white onion
- ¼ tsp salt + more to taste
- Drain and rinse your chickpeas.
- In a bowl, mash chickpeas with a fork.
- Next, add in the mayo and mix well.
- Next, stir in the chopped pickles, onions and salt.
- Enjoy :)
*Make sure the pickles have good flavor and no dyes! Sweet homemade pickles are the best!
