This Immune Boosting Juice has some great healing properties and will leave your body feeling great!

Serves: 1
  • 4 large carrots
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 knob of ginger (about 1 inch long)
  • 1-3 dashes cayenne pepper (to taste)
  1. To make with a juicer: juice the carrot, apple, lemon, and ginger. To make without a juicer: place the carrot, apple, lemon and ginger in blender with about ¼ cup water to get it moving. Once smooth, place in a fine mesh strainer over a bowl and press down with a spatula. Let sit for about 5 minutes to get all of the juice out.
  2. Stir in the cayenne pepper one dash at a time, stopping when it is strong enough for you.
  3. Enjoy :)
