Detox Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2-3 cups packed spinach
  • ⅓ cucumber, peeled if not organic
  • 1 Tbsp agave or honey
  • ¾ cup almond milk + more if needed
  1. Place all of the ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Begin with ¾ cup almond milk and add extra if needed. It will help to put the cucumber and spinach in first.
  2. Enjoy immediately.
