The Best Sautéed Kale

Greens are an essential part to every healthy diet.. we all know it. But can’t it be hard to get them in sometimes!? The Best Sautéed Kale recipe is a new regular in my kitchen that my family is crazy about! Not to mention is a much cheaper option than other dark leafy greens like spinach. When I first discovered this recipe, I ate it over and over again for weeks and it never got old. It is incredibly easy to make and so delicious!

The secret to sautéing the perfect kale every time is keeping it covered while it cooks on low. This allows it to cook slowly leaving the kale tender without removing all of the moisture. I use a large sauté pan with a lid, but a braiser or large covered pot will work also.

Sautéed Kale is the perfect side to go with almost anything! I love it on the side of baked chicken with veggies. Lately my favorite has been using it as the base of a salad!
