Sometimes your body just needs a reboot, and this Super Green Juice will do that for you!
This juice is a mix of 5 different fresh green vegetables: kale, cucumber, celery, green apple and lime. Juicing has many health benefits. Juice makes it easier to consume more fruits and vegetables in a day, because you are getting the health benefits without the filling fiber so you can consume more. Fresh juice is easy for the body to digest, provides a natural source of energy, and helps detoxify your body.
This super green juice has a fresh and vibrant flavor. It is not super sweet. If you like extra sweetness, you can either add extra cucumber, apple or even some carrot.
If you do not have a juicer, you can also make this in a blender. Blend the ingredients with 1-2 cups water until smooth. Place a mesh strainer over a bowl and pour the liquid over it. Press the mixture with a spatula to get all of the juice out- and then enjoy!

- 2 large kale leaves (with stem)
- ½ cucumber
- 1 green apple
- 1 lime, peeled
- 2 celery stalks
- Wash and prepare vegetables. Juice in a juicer and enjoy immediately.
