Dairy-Free Parmesan Cheese

I am so excited to share this recipe with you today because it is one of my favorites! You can put this Dairy-Free Parmesan Cheese on almost anything and it will taste delicious. It has a cheesy texture and taste and is great on toast, salads, pizza, lasagnas, pastas, and the list goes on! It is only 4 ingredients and takes (maybe) 5 minutes to make. This staple is a MUST in any dairy-free kitchen!

This recipe is very common and was adapted from the many others that are out there. I had to post my own variation because it is just TOO good and I will definitely be using it in and on other recipes.

I would love to know what you think!! Please share comments and pictures of how it turns out for you! Happy cooking, friends!

Xo,

Christine

Shawna, it’s also known as nutritional yeast. It’s deactivated yeast that is used in many dairy free cheese alternatives because it has a kind of cheesy nutty flavor.
