Vanilla Nice-Cream

This Vanilla Nice-Cream is the perfect dose of sunshine to carry you through until that Summer sunshine hits ☀ I don’t know about you, but I’ve had overcast weather for what seems like weeks. Yesterday the sun FINALLY came out and it seemed more beautiful than ever. Isn’t that how we are so many times? We take the little things in life for granted. Today I am striving to love and appreciate the sweet privileges and blessings in my life a little more.

This Vanilla Nice-Cream is only 2 ingredients and takes (not even) 5 minutes to make! It’s TOO easy and SO creamy & delicious. All you do is blend 4 frozen bananas with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. The hard part about this recipe is blending it. If you have a blender with a press, it will be much easier for you. If not, you can still make it but it might be frustrating for a minute. Have patience- it will be worth it! You will blend the 2 ingredients into a creamy texture. At the beginning you will probably have to stop the blender to press down the bananas a few times. Once the mixture is a consistent creamy texture, you are done! Top with chocolate sauce, whipped coconut cream, nuts, cocoa nibs, nut butter or whatever your heart desires!

I would love to know what you think of this recipe!! Please share comments and pictures of how it turns out for you! Happy cooking, friends!

Xo,

Christine
